We often talk about how we can use failure as a learning opportunity and there’s definitely more of a narrative in online content around growth coming from failure. But that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t feel horrible when something doesn’t go to plan and sometimes it can feel a bit toxic positivity-ish when someone is telling you to learn from a failure that still feels very raw and emotional to you.
So how do we reclaim failure and define our own narrative of failure in the same way we define our own version of success? We’re chatting about making our own narrative of failure, how we learn from it without feeling “less than”, releasing the idea of failure that you’re taught at school, building resilience and seeing failure as a by-product of courage.
