151: The Importance Of Gratitude

Of all the changes we’ve made over the past few years (and there’s been a lot) creating a habit of practising gratitude has to be the one that’s had the biggest difference on our lives. Not only does it make you feel great, it also helps you to stay in the moment more, take a slightly slower pace and build resilience for when it feels like there’s very little to be grateful for. In this episode we’re talking about how we’ve formed gratitude habits, some of the things we’re grateful for and how gratitude has helped us through difficult days.
