Boundaries were blurred between our work and home life during the pandemic, but now things are more normal and we’re socialising, seeing friends and family and back in the office, it’s easy to forget the importance of setting and maintaining boundaries, whether they are emotional, social, relationship-related, work-related or time-related.
Setting boundaries can seem easy, but maintaining them is the hard part and we’re discussing why setting and maintaining boundaries is an important act of self-care and self-respect which should be prioritised by you and respected by others around you.
