This week it feels fitting to discuss something that definitely doesn’t get covered enough in adulthood: doing hobbies for the pure enjoyment of them. Not everything has to be motivated by goals, financial gain or social pressure. Social media and hustle culture make us think that the purpose of a hobby is to monetise it or turn it into a business. But not everything needs to become a side hustle, you can and should do something purely for the enjoyment of it – like we do for this podcast!

Enjoyment can and should be just as valid as a motivating factor as anything else, you’re allowed to do things just for you and pursue passion projects without pressure.
